Budaro Dog House (“Budaro”, “we”, “us”) runs a dog daycare and dog hotel at 2013 Harding Street, Hollywood, FL 33020. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website bdrdoghouse.com and our customer app app.bdrdoghouse.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, city, state, ZIP code and preferred language. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.
• Information about your dog: name, breed, sex, date of birth, weight, spay/neuter status, photo, veterinarian contact details, allergies, medications, health conditions, behavior notes and vaccination records you upload.
• Bookings and payments: the services you book, dates, invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
• Agreements: the version and date of the service agreement or waiver you accept.
• Website forms: the name, email, phone and message you send through our contact, first-visit or newsletter forms.
• Technical information: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, used to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and sign you in.
• To care for your dog safely: admission, vaccination checks, health and behavior notes, and contacting you or your veterinarian if needed.
• To schedule, confirm and bill your bookings, and to send you operational messages about reservations, vaccines and visits.
• To send you promotional messages only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time from your account settings or by writing to us.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Google user data

When you choose “Continue with Google”, we request only your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture) to create your account and sign you in. We use this data only for that purpose, we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed below that host our app, and we do not use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run Budaro, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Amazon Web Services (United States): hosting, sign-in, file storage and email delivery.
• Google: sign-in with Google, our business email and website translation (the page text is sent to Google Translate when you switch languages).
• Stripe: card payment processing.
• Your veterinarian or an emergency veterinary clinic, when needed for your dog’s health.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

If you invite a co-owner to your dog’s profile, that person can see your dog’s information.

Cookies

Our app uses only the storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. Our website may use cookies to remember preferences, translate pages and measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and your dog’s records while your account is active. Invoices and booking records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize the rest of your information within 30 days, except what we must keep by law. Backups are overwritten within a few days.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and encrypted storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in details private and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update most of your information in the app. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop promotional messages, by writing to info@bdrdoghouse.com. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you in the app or by email.
