What to expect before your dog’s first visit
Before the first booking, we ask every dog to complete and pass an initial evaluation. We meet your dog and learn which service you are considering, so you can ask questions before making a booking.
Requirements to review first
Our current terms require dogs to be at least four months old and no more than 40 pounds. Vaccinations must be current and verified. We do not accept unspayed females; an additional $10 per hotel night applies to unneutered males. Please read the current service terms before requesting a visit.
